- Mick Norman Review added: 2018.05.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't bother going in if you're elderly. My 89-year-old mother was completely ignored by the staff on two separate occasions. On the second day the assistant was too busy chatting to her friend on the 'phone to attend to my mother, but did manage to serve someone else who had just entered the shop. My mother has now made her purchase elsewhere, and will not be returning to Charisma, which presumably is named ironically.
